Leather Selection and Preparation

All items are made with vegetable tanned Bovine (Cow) hides sourced from trusted suppliers and checked for any defects. Once cut, leathers are oiled and sealed when required along with any other effort needed to preserve the finish and integrity of the material for many years to come

Production Lead Times

All items are made to order and require 5 business days for production. Some items such as embossed Western Belts can take a little longer due to processes required in production. Any delays outside of this lead time can be advised at the time of ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped via Express Post with the exception of some leather care products which must be sent via courier due to containing hazardous material. Shipping times once sent can vary

As all items are made to order and produced to the size and finish specified by the customer, exchanges and returns are generally not accepted outside of any error made on our behalf. Please obtain your measurements carefully and contact us with any questions if unsure
